As a 4th generation plumber and the CEO of Favorite Excavation & Piping, Carter combines decades of passed down construction knowledge along with new age visionary ideas to lead FE&P using both proven methods and innovative practices. Carter began his professional career as a pipe welder after graduating from Elite Welding Academy in Cincinnati, OH and later became the co-founder of Favorite Excavation & Piping with his father, Casey Favorite.
